Order Processing Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM CET are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order All orders include tracking. You can track your shipment using the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Your Order page.

We want you to love your OPHIRA products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return
- Contact Us: Email hello@ophiracosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions
- Ship It Back: Pack your items securely and ship to our return address
- Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

- Netherlands returns: Free (we provide a prepaid label)
- EU and International: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
