We want you to love your OPHIRA products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase required
• Products must not be damaged or tampered with

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Email info@ophiracosmetic.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions
3. Ship It Back: Pack your items securely and ship to our return address
4. Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

• Netherlands returns: Free (we provide a prepaid label)
• EU and International: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
